We work continually with our customers to ensure that they get the best use of our products.   We understand that moving from a manual system or another software package can be a daunting prospect.  We aim to make this as stress free as possible.

 

We are able to take data electronically from existing software or spreadsheets, and reformat the data to be read into our software.  This eliminates typing errors and hours of unnecessary keying and checking. We  can do this at a very small cost for our new clients to ensure a stress free migration.

 

We can train staff either on site or online, and we can incorporate training into the initial package.  This means that staff can telephone when they need training and we can spend the time over the phone or internet at a pace to suit each individual.  We do however have to charge if you choose for us to visit your site for  a training day.

 

With our clients permission we can dial into their computers to give assistance  and using a handsfree phone or VOIP we can talk through any problems or simply  train staff as necessary.

 

We operate during normal office hours for training and support but if  there are technical issues we can contact our clients out of hours to resolve these issues.

 

Manuals and help sheets using screen shots are available online via the knowledge base and can be downloaded if required.
